Dr. James C. Padula, DO

Dr. James C. Padula, DO, has more than 22 years of experience in treatment of spine and joint pain.

Dr. Padula completed his bachelor’s degree at Villanova University. He graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine with honors.

He completed his internship at Maimonides Medical Center and residency at North Shore University Hospital at Glen Cove. Dr. Padula is trained in interventional pain management and minimally invasive surgeries. Dr. Padula also trains physicians in the field of pain management. Dr. Padula is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Academy of Procedural Medicine. He also serves on the faculty of Larkin Hospital and holds a Pain Fellowship.

Dr. Frank McCormick, MD

Dr. Frank McCormick, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, cartilage/meniscal/stem cell transplantation, joint preservation, and arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder, hip and knee. Dr. McCormick earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as a United States Navy officer, performing his surgical internship at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, and serving as an F/A-18 fighter jet flight surgeon for the United States Marine Corps.

Subsequently, he completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program where he was selected as chief resident at Massachusetts General Hospital. He then completed an orthopedic sports medicine fellowship at the world-renowned Rush Sports Medicine Fellowship under the guidance of Dr. Bernard Bach Jr. Recently, he completed the prestigious International Cartilage Repair Society Sanofi Traveling Fellowship in joint preservation and cartilage regeneration.

Dr. Francis Shawn Madden, MD

Dr. Francis Shawn Madden, MD, is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. She has helped patients with rehabilitative therapies and pain management since receiving her medical license in 1992.

Dr. Madden started her career as a physical therapist before continuing her medical education and graduating from Indiana University School of Medicine. Upon completing her residency at Tufts University-New England Medical Center, Dr. Madden has practiced as a physiatrist – a medical doctor who specializes in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and pain medicine – for more than 20 years.

Dr. Madden is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Dr. Madden has worked with acute and chronically debilitated patients with a variety of medical conditions in hospitals, medical offices and skilled nursing facilities.
